Pan India star, Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ (Hindi version), has finally entered into a 100 crore club at the Indian Box office. Released on 17th December, in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, has left its mark both on the audience and critics.
Despite facing a clash with films like Spiderman: No way home and Ranveer Singh’s 83, Pushpa performed exceptionally at the box office due to Arjun’s mass following in North India.
On the official Twitter handle of the film, Pushpa wrote, “Pushpa…PuspaRaj Jhukega Nhi Saala,” while sharing the good news with the public.
Directed by Sukumar, this film revolves around Pushpa raj, a red sandalwood smuggler, who goes on to rule over the smuggling business. The film is now also available on Prime Videos.
The audience is still grooving on the popular hits like “O Antava and Shrivalli” songs of the film. Keeping this momentum in mind, the makers have already announced the sequel of Pushpa. Pushpa: The Rule’, which will have Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika, who will share the screen space with Arjun again, will hit the screens in 2022.
